How it works
Eight steps from your first enquiry to pack-down. We're there for all of them.

Walkthrough
We see the property and work out what each room needs — what stays, what moves, and where new pieces earn their place.
Usually half an hour on site. If the house is still occupied we work around you.

Proposal
A written quote covering scope, the rooms we'd style, the pieces involved and the campaign length.
Our terms are sent with the quote. Check your junk folder if it hasn't landed within a couple of days.

Deposit
The deposit locks in your installation date. Dates move quickly in spring and autumn, so the earlier this happens the better.
- 05
Installation
We deliver, install and style — usually a single day. You don't need to be there.
We handle access with the agent if that's easier.
- 06
Photography
The house is ready for the shoot and for the first open. We'll flag anything worth adjusting before the photographer arrives.
- 07
Campaign
The pieces stay for the length of the campaign, extendable weekly if the property runs longer than planned.
- 08
Pack-down
We collect everything once the campaign closes, and leave the house as we found it.
